Just
a reminder now that we have hit 2014, we need to get our banquet reservations
in for January 24-25! I have attached a
form just in case you don’t have one to get dinner reservations to Jeanne…we
are having the same caterer as last year that we had rave reviews from! J
These need to be in by January 11th.
Also,
if you are looking to stay at the hotel, you need to get your room reservations
in by January 11th to ensure there is room and you receive the WHHA
rate of $74.00. After that, it is
subject to availability, and most likely will be at a higher cost. NOTE:
The hotel has gone under renovations with new beds, linens,
carpet, etc. They just installed brand
new 39 inch flat screen tvs in all the rooms this week as well!
For
those coming in Friday night, the hotel has included a “Buy 1, Get 1 Free Friday night
Fish Fry” in the hotel.
(North Atlantic Cod, baked or deep fried, several potato choices, coleslaw,
baked beans, rye bread.) Price is $7.99
for 2 piece and $9.99 for 3 piece.
Coupons will be in with your room keys, and no dinner reservation is
necessary. It’s nice to see the staff
offering “perks” for our group.
In
the coming weeks, I will keep everyone updated on key auction items that come
in as well as any other major updates.
